This site is not a replacement for a live lecture including hands on training. It is however an excellent supplement for a proper laser education. The author strongly recommends that all laser users attend manufacturer sponsored training course, including hands on clinical exercises, simulating actual patient procedures. The author also strongly recommends that all laser users attend and successfully complete, as a minimum requirement for dental practice with a laser, an Academy of Laser Dentistry Standard Proficiency Certification Course given by a recognized course provider complete with written online testing and clinical simulation testing.

STEPS FOR COURSE REGISTRATION

1.REGISTER ON THE SITE FIRST-go to the upper right of this page and click on register/sign in (it is small and difficult to see).

2. Once you have registered for the site...... THEN CLICK ON COURSES SCROLL DOWN AND REGISTER FOR THE COURSE.

3. An additional problem occurs occur for those who are registering more than one person per catagory, ie. 2+ doctors, 2+hygienists or 2+assistants. The shopping cart will only let you register one of each catagory at a time so a small inconvenience is that you will have to sign out of the cart once you pay and then go through the purchase process again to register more than one person. You can register 1doctor, 1 hygienist and 1 assistant at one time but not multiples. Sorry for the inconvenience.
